Rebuilding Process

All radiators are completely disassembled and all parts are cleaned in a chemical boiler. The core is cleaned a second time in an ultra-sonic machine. All tubes are then cleaned using a rod-out tool. Old solder is removed. All tube to header joints are resoldered using premium high quality solder. The unit is assembled using new gaskets, bolts and sidewall dampeners. The radiator is tested at 20psi and the fins are straightened to ensure maximum air flow. The radiator is then painted for corrosion protection.
